Our Services
Group Reformer Pilates classes
We offer two different types of group reformer class: open level Reformer caters for beginners to advanced that already have a base level of mobility, and a Gentle Reformer class which operates at a slower pace for those new to exercise. To find out more, check out our class descriptions page.
Private Pilates Sessions
Our qualified Pilates instructors are available for one on one and personalised small group classes designed specifically for you or your group.
Personal Training
We provide one on one or small group personal training using a mix of functional training equipment such as weights, battleropes & kettlebells to plan a specialised training session that takes you one step forward to achieving your goals.
What on earth is reformer?
A reformer is in our (bias) opinion is the best piece of exercise equipment in the world. It is a moving carriage on a frame with straps and a footbar. The load of each exercise is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the spring tension (don’t worry we will walk you through how and when to do this). Because of its design and versatility, movements are undertaken in all sorts of body positions, including laying down, seated on the carriage, standing on or beside the machine, kneeling on the carriage and even sitting on the footbar. The reformer is an awesome tool to help facilitate effective workouts that are fun and lead to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Wildling studio is a reformer pilates studio in Greytown, Wellington. It offers a range of group and private Reformer Pilates classes and personal training for people of all ages, and levels.
We aren’t a studio focused on aesthetics. We are real humans set on moving our bodies and discovering what strength, flexibility and physical health we are capable of. We are about aging well, being our strongest, healthiest and most mobile selves.
Wildling at its essence is about wellbeing and community. We want to facilitate a space where people can easily and enjoyably access the right exercise to achieve their goals, meet new people and celebrate in each other’s success.
Our qualified Pilates Teachers and Personal Trainers create tailored exercise sessions in our private classes that fit your preferences and goals. Our group reformer classes are taught by providing increasing levels of challenge so that everyone in the room can access the movement with the right level of challenge for them.
